Hunter Marine warrants to the first-use purchaser and any subsequent owner during the limited warranty period that any part manufactured by Hunter will be free of defects caused by faulty work- manship or materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the first-use pur- chaser under normal use and service.
