45. USB CONNECTION

BLACK BT is equipped with a special four-contact USB port situated on the right side
of the device. In order to connect the device to PC with USB port, use the charger
plug and USB cable supplied with the device.
After correct connection of USB port, enable the USB BLACK BT port by function
'Enable USB' in the main menu. The BLACK BT should be displayed in the system as
'Mass Storage Device'. After the files are copied, disconnect USB cable and the
BLACK BT will automatically turn off USB port.
Function 'Enable USB' is displayed only after correct connection of
the BLACK TMX to PC or other device equipped with standard USB
port.
Some desktop computers may fail to follow the compulsory
electromagnetic emission standards and, therefore, may disturb the
operation of devices connected to them, leading to their hang-up. To
avoid potential problems, always connect first the adapter to BLACK
TMX port and then connect it with USB cable.
