MOWER DECK
6. Position the right mower deck belt cover (Fig. 664).
7. Install 3 self-tapping screws to secure the right
mower deck cover to the mower deck (Fig. 665).

8. Install the return spring into the top hole on the right
side mower deck belt cover and the brake bracket
pin (Fig. 666).

A. Spring removal tool (Toro P/N 92-5771)
9. Route the upper mower deck belt around the upper
pulley of the double pulley spindle assembly. Tilt
both idler pulleys and route the upper mower deck
belt around the pulleys. Refer to the deck routing
decal located on the mower deck (Fig. 667).
