15. Secure the bus cable to the vehicle harness with
one wire tie in the area shown, so that the
distance between the wire tie and the end of the
bus cable connector is 200 mm.

16. To protect the center panel, attach masking tape
to the panel in the area shown.

17. Move the player close to the pocket panel opening
and connect the 14-pin connector from the bus
cable into the player 14-pin connector. Connect
the vehicle connectors into the navigation unit.
Insert the stud bolts from the vehicle frame into
the holes in the left and the right player brackets
and secure the brackets with the two nuts and the
two bolts removed in step 6.
NOTE: Tighten the upper two bolts securely while
pushing the navigation unit upward, then tighten
the lower two nuts.
