Move the carpet from the top of the spare tire cover.
To remove the cover over the spare, turn the knob
counterclockwise until the cover becomes unfastened.
Pull out the spare tire. See "Compact Spare Tire"
later in this section for more information about the
compact spare.
The jack handle is attached to underside of the spare tire
cover, and the wheel wrench is in the black pouch.
Remove the wheel wrench, jack and jack handle from
the trunk.
The jack is under a cover on the right side of the trunk.
Remove the cover, then turn the jack screw to remove
the jack from the clamps.
