The context does not provide specific step-by-step instructions for replacing the blade of the Philips HR 7638 food processor. However, based on general practices, replacing the blade typically involves the following steps:

1. Ensure Safety: Unplug the food processor before starting.
2. Remove the Bowl: Detach the processor bowl from the base.
3. Take Out the Old Blade: Carefully lift the old blade from the central spindle.
4. Install the New Blade: Align the replacement blade (Philips Cucina Replacement Blade HR 7633 HR 7638) with the spindle and press it into place.
5. Secure the Bowl: Reattach the bowl to the base.
6. Test the Blade: Plug in the processor and run a brief test to confirm proper installation.

If difficulties arise, refer to the user manual or seek professional assistance.
