gap
between
index gage
and

finger.

The
gage
must
not
touch
the
finger,
but should
preferably
be
very
close,
say
within
one
index
finger thickness- This,
as
you
will see. will
make
it
easier

gap
does
not
meet
requirements,
bend
index gage
at
its
attached
end
until the
proper gap
is
obtained-
