1. Press Utility
2. Press 1.One Touch Registration
3. Press 2. Fax
4. Press 3. Program
5. Press 001 or other box
6. Press Edit
7. Press Name
8. Input name
9. Press OK
10. Press Destination
11. Press Abbr. Dial
12. Choose English character
13. Input required company name
14. Press OK and Close
(User can change scan parameter by pressing Yes in Scan setting，after finished fax
setting, press OK 2 times
Fax Document
1. Press Fax
2. Select destination from Program，Press Start
