RDV33/40 IPI
This fireplace insert is factory equipped for 40,000 BTU input and can be converted to
33,000 using a smaller orifice (provided in optional orifice kit P/N H5924 for Natural Gas or
P/N H5925 for Propane Gas).

    Before installation, verify the power switch on the Fan Control Module is in the ON position (as shown in Figure 6). Your Lennox Hearth Products appliance must be vented to the outside in accordance with the current edition of the National Fuel Gas Code ANSI- Z223.1 (In Canada, the current CAN/CSA B149.1 installation code).

    If the glass is broken in the glass door, the entire door (metal frame, gasket and glass) should be replaced as a unit. This replacement glass door is available from your Lennox Hearth Products dealer. Do not use substitute parts or materials. The glass is neo-ceramic and alterna- tive types must not be used.

    TROUBLESHOOTING NOTE: When troubleshooting the gas control system, be sure the external gas shut off valve, located at the gas supply inlet is in the “ON” position.
