Fault
Despite adequate
water supply press-
ure the machine
takes a long time to
fill.
Large amounts of
unused detergent
remain in the dis-
penser.
Fabric conditioner
or bleaching agent
is not completely
dispensed or too
much water re-
mains in the dis-
pensing compart-
ment.
Laundry washed
with liquid deter-
gent is not cleaned.

Possible cause
The filters in the water
inlet hoses may be
clogged.
The water supply
pressure is too low.
Washing powder
becomes viscous when
used together with a
water softener.
The siphon is either
incorrectly positioned or
clogged.
Liquid detergent does
not contain any
bleaching agents. They
do not remove fruit,
coffee and tea stains.
Remedy
– Clean the filters (see
"Cleaning and care" –
"Cleaning the filters in the
water inlet").
– Clean the filters (see
"Cleaning and care" –
"Cleaning the filters in the
water inlet").
– Check if the water flow
through the stopcock is 5
litres in 15 seconds.
– In future, pour washing
powder into the detergent
dispenser before adding
water softener.
– Clean the siphon, (see
"Cleaning and care" -
"Cleaning the detergent
dispenser").
– Use a general purpose
washing machine powder
containing a bleaching
agent.
– Pour stain removers into
compartment

detergent dispenser and
liquid detergent into a
dispenser ball.
– Never put stain removers
and liquid detergent
together in the dispenser
