CARBONATION TROUBLE SHOOTING FLOW CHART #1
Disconnect
electrical
Remove spades from
terminal Motor #1 on
LLC & install on any
open "A" terminal
Re-connect
electrical
Motor/Pump should
engage
Motor does not
engage
Possible bad motor/
Pump, replace
Return motor spade
to terminal Motor #1
MOTOR/PUMP
NOT OPERATIONAL
Valves dispensing gas
& syrup only
Carbonator short
cycles
Check ground
connection at
board and box
Check electrode
wires to ensure
they are not
reversed
Motor/Pump does
engage
Re-install motor
spade to terminal
Motor #1.
Go to electrode
Remove spade from
long & short elect.
connection at LLC
Motor/pump Comes
Change electrode
Motor/Pump does not
Bad LLC replace

Disconnect

Re-connect
