The Advanced tab lets you configure the advanced settings described in the following table.

Using the SMC Wireless Utility (Mac)
Read-only screen that shows the Adapter's wireless mode.
Read-only screen that shows the Adapter transmission rate.
Check this check box to enable connection to a network that supports Tx burst. Tx Burst delivers
better throughput in the same period and environment.
If you will be playing system games with PSP users via the Internet, check this check box to enable
the Adapter's PSP Xlink capabilities.
The available channel differs from different countries. For example: USA (FCC) is channel 1-11,
Europe (ETSI) is channel 1-13. The operating frequency channel is restricted to the country where
you are located. If you go to a different country, adjust the Adapter's channel setting to comply the
regulation of the country. Supporting region code for this section has CH1-11, CH1-13, CH10-11,
CH10-13, CH14, CH1-14, CH3-9, and CH5-13 (see Table 4-5).
Enables or disables the Adapter's wireless connection status. When enabled, the icon appears
green and the button below displays Radio Off. Clicking Radio Off, changes the icon to red to
show that the Adapter's wireless connection is disabled and the button toggles to Radio On. Click
the button again to enable the Adapter's wireless connection.
Click this button to apply your settings.
