8. PROBLEM CART

PROBLEM
Entire display LAN cable between PC and
without image interface
appropriately.
Sending card or interface is out
of order.
System settings are wrong.
Partially no LAN cable between PC and
image interface
appropriately.
The data processor at the back
of the display is without input or
output signal.
Display panel and interface are
not properly connected.
Power adaptor is broken.
Single pixel is LED is broken

Pixels are not properly wired.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

Check the LAN cable connection and change cable if
necessary.
Check if the sending card and interface are correctly
installed.
Reconfigure the control software and your computer if
necessary.
Check the LAN cable connection and change cable if
necessary.
Check the wiring of data processor to PCB.
Check the connectors, fasten the locknut again. Plug
and jack must be connected appropriately.
Replace power adaptor
Replace LED
Remove the rear protective cover of the display panel,
check the wiring of the LED row and renew it if
necessary. Reattach the protective cover.
