F
lipStart Zoom is a program that magnifies items
on the FlipStart screen so that you can better view
and work with them. Using Zoom is helpful when
working with items that are too small to be viewed
comfortably on a small screen.
How does Zoom work?
Zoom works by magnifying the currently active
screen item (such as a window, a dialog box, or an
image in a Web browser) and then enabling you to
zoom in or zoom out of the magnified item.
Note:
Zoom does not control the magnification
feature already built in to some programs. In
those applications, Zoom will magnify the entire
program window.
Using Zoom
To start Zoom, press the Zoom key
To increase or decrease magnification, press and
hold the Zoom key and then move the Jog Dial up or
down.
Once you have zoomed in or out to the desired mag-
nification level, continue working normally in your
program.
To return to normal magnification, click the mouse
pointer anywhere outside the zoomed area or press
the Zoom key again.
