    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. To stop the fan head from oscillating, pull the clutch knob up. 2. To make the fan head oscillate, push the clutch knob down. 3. The airflow can be adjusted upward or downward by loosening the tilt adjustment knob and adjusting the vertical angle as desired.
