to install rear wheels:

Align rear wheel axle with rear wheel mount on stroller frame.
Insert wheel axle into the wheel mount until it clicks into place.

Gently tug on the wheel to make sure it is locked into place.
Repeat on other side.
to remove the rear wheels:

Press the wheel release button while gently sliding the
wheel axle out of the wheel mount.
