>> Day period
• Fill in a start time and an end time to define the period during which the
day profile is active.
• The weekend/night profile is active for the rest of the 24-hour period.
>> Weekend
• When a day is defined as a weekend day, then the weekend/night profile is
active that whole day.
• Define the weekend as either Saturday and Sunday or just Sunday.
• Select none if you wish the weekend to be the same as the other days of
the week.

• Select the normal recording speed to be used for each of the activated
cameras during the day profile.
• The Images Per Second (IPS) rates available for PAL range from Never, 0,
1/10 (one image every 10 seconds), up to 25 IPS.
• The Images Per Second (IPS) rates available for NTSC range from Never,
0, 1/10 (one image every 10 seconds), up to 30 IPS.
• Set the recording speed to NEVER to not record a camera at all. No pre-
alarm recording is done and the camera cannot be viewed over the
network.
>> Rec weekend/night
• Select the normal recording speed to be used for each of the activated
cameras during the weekend/night profile.
• The Images Per Second (IPS) rates available for PAL range from Never, 0,
1/10 (one image every 10 seconds), up to 25 IPS.
• The Images Per Second (IPS) rates available for NTSC range from Never,
0, 1/10 (one image every 10 seconds), up to 30 IPS.
• Set the recording speed to NEVER to not record a camera at all. No pre-
alarm recording is done and the camera cannot be viewed over the
network.
>> Enable alarm inputs for
• Select the profiles during which alarm inputs are enabled.
• Choose day only, weekend/night only, both day and weekend/night or
none.
>> Alarm input recording
• An activated input alarm can increase the recording speed of a camera.
Select the recording speed to be used when an input is activated.
• The camera with the number that corresponds to the alarm input number
is recorded at the speed you set.
