Additional Information
Traditionally, while in Heat Pump mode, relay 'O' will always call for COOL and relay 'B' will
always call for Heat. Some HVAC systems, however, have O/B combined. Depending on the
state of the reversing valve this can be changed so 'B' becomes COOL and 'O' becomes HEAT.
Troubleshooting
If the Thermostat is not working:
1.
Ensure that the HVAC system is not turned OFF.
2.
Check for proper wiring (see "Sample Wiring Configurations").
3.
Using a volt meter, test for correct voltage to power the Thermostat between terminals RH
and TS/C (24v dependent on HVAC system transformer).
4.
After installing the Thermostat, press the buttons on the Thermostat using the following
sequence to reboot it: left button 9 times, middle button 4 times, right button 9 times. The
Thermostat must be rebooted after changing switches so that it recognizes the changes.
