1. Contra indications Precautions and Warnings

Please read the following prescription information carefully before using your
NeuroTrac™ IFC
consult with your physician or therapist before proceeding.
Contra indications:
Do not use NeuroTrac™ IFC Rehab:
y With demand type cardiac pacemakers
y Over the carotid sinuses (neck) region,
y Transcerebrally ( over the head),
y Over the eyes,
y Whenever pain syndromes are undiagnosed, until the etiology has been
established ,
y When there is a tendency to hemorrhage following acute trauma or frac�
ture,
y Following recent surgical procedures when muscle contraction may dis� recent surgical procedures when muscle contraction may dis�
rupt the healing process,
y Over areas of skin which lack normal sensation,
y On cancer patients.
Warnings:
y The NeuroTrac™ IFC Rehab
or Therapist.
y The long�term effects of continuous electrical stimulation are unknown.
y Safety during pregnancy, labour and delivery has not been established for
either mother or foetus.
y The NeuroTrac™ IFC Rehab

y Adequate precautions should be taken in the case of persons with sus�
pected heart problems.
