Troubleshooting
Symptom 1:
Troubleshooting: Speaker battery may not be charged; connect to mains
power and charge.
Symptom 2:
Troubleshooting: Mains power adapter may be damaged, replace mains
power adapter.
Symptom 3:
Troubleshooting: 1. Check headphone output cable; if connected between
phone and speaker, unplug the cable. 2. Ensure phone settings are paired with
speaker. 3. Some Bluetooth™ mobile phones do not support Bluetooth™
speakers systems. Refer to your phone manufacturer for further information.
Symptom 4:
Troubleshooting: 1. Streaming music is wholly dependent on source file
quality; ensure your music files are at the highest possible bit rate. 2. Some
mobile devices Bluetooth™ output is not designed for music replay; check
with your manufacturer for suitable models.
Symptom5:
Troubleshooting: JobaXL batteries are low, connect to mains power and
charge.
JobaXL does not turn on.
JobaXL will not charge.
Bluetooth™ from mobile phone will not connect.
Poor sound quality.
JobaXL volume is low and will not increase.
