Removing the Power-Supply Fan

Prerequisites

Remove the back cover. See "Removing the Back Cover" on page 17.

Procedure

Lift the securing tab and disconnect the power-supply fan cable from the
power-supply unit.

Remove the screws that secure the power-supply fan to the middle cover.

Gently lift the power-supply fan and ease the power-supply fan cable from
under the I/O-board assembly.
4
Lift the power-supply fan and slide it off the tab on the I/O-board assembly.
