PC Settings
You can run the initial set-up that appeared when you first connected the unit
(page 7), and select the region (Australian model only) and tune in all available
channels again. Even if you have made the settings when you first connected the
unit, you may need to change the settings after moving house, or to search for
newly launched channels.
Sets the region in which you will operate the unit.
Wide Mode
See "To change the Wide Mode manually" on page 21.
Auto Wide
Automatically changes "Wide Mode" according to the input
signal. To keep your setting, select "Off".
4:3 Default
Selects the default Wide Mode for use with 4:3 broadcasts.

Adjusts the picture display area in 1080i/p and 720p sources
when "Wide Mode" is set to "Full".

Horizontal Shift
Adjusts the horizontal position of the picture.
Vertical Shift
Adjusts the vertical position of the picture when "Wide
Mode" is set to "Wide Zoom", "Zoom" or "14:9".
Vertical Size
Adjusts the vertical size of the picture when "Wide Mode" is
set to "Wide Zoom", "Zoom" or "14:9".
Wide Mode
Selects "Wide Mode" for displaying input from your PC.

Reset
Resets the PC screen settings to the factory settings.
Auto Adjustment Automatically adjusts the display position, phase and pitch of
the picture when the unit receives an input signal from the
connected PC.

• "Auto Adjustment" may not work well with certain input
signals. In such cases, manually adjust "Phase", "Pitch" and
"Horizontal Shift".
Phase
Adjusts the phase when the screen flickers.
Pitch
Adjusts the pitch when the picture has unwanted vertical
stripes.
Horizontal Shift
Adjusts the horizontal position of the picture.
Power
Switches the unit to standby mode if no signal is received for
