Setting the 24 hour Clock

To set the clock, follow steps 1 to 3.
STEP 1
Press and hold "PROG" 5 secs.
the "hours" symbol will flash.
STEP 2
STEP 3
Press "PROG" to confirm.
The process will automatically scroll to minutes,
then days, set as previously described.
