Increasing the water intake
time.
Position the program knob verti-
cally, then pull it off.

Using a small screwdriver, turn the
adjusting slot on the right hand side
of the spindle carefully counterclock-
wise until it clicks into position.
= Counterclockwise turn
(increases water intake to
2 min.)
= Clockwise turn
(factory setting - 1 min.)
Note:
If the water intake time has been in-
creased, the water hardness selector
should be set one number higher than
that stated in the "Water softener" chap-
ter (if applicable).
