@3 ; (Pause) button
• Press to stop for play temporarily.
@4 ENTER button
• Press this button to decide an item selected with the cursor.
• In the tuner mode, press this button to turn into the DVD mode.
• Press this button to decide clock setting and timer play setting.
@5 RETURN button
• When PBC function is on and the menu in a VCD 2.0 disc is
displayed, press this button to return to the previous menu
item.
• Press this button to quit setup menu.
@6 MODE button
• This button is used to select for TUNER mode.

• To select tuner mode or a preset channel, press 4 / ¢
buttons @8 . To decide the selection, press MEMO button @7 .
@7 MEMO/PROGRESSIVE button
• This button is used to set the preset memory.
• Press this button to decide TUNER mode.
• Press this button more than 3 seconds in DVD mode to
switch the picture format PAL/NTSC.
Note:
Progressive function cannot be used.
@8 4 / ¢ button
• Press this button to skip to next/previous chapter(DVD) or
track(Video-CD/CD).
• When in TUNER mode, this button is to select the preset
channel, receiving mode or RDS.
@9 TIMER button
• Press to set the timer and clock. (These settings can be
performed only when the unit is used on its own.)

OPERATION OF REMOTE CONTROL UNIT

1. REMOTE CONTROL
The distance between the transmitter of the remote control unit
and the IR SENSOR of the DV110 should be less than about 5
meters. If the transmitter is pointed to a direction other than the
IR SENSOR or if there is an obstacle between them, remote
control may not be possible.

2. LOADING BATTERIES
The life of the batteries used with the remote control unit is about
6 months with normal use. Also be sure to replace batteries
earlier when you notice that they are getting weak.
1. Remove the back cover.
2. Insert the new batteries (AAA type) with correct (+) and (–)
polarity.
3. Close until it clicks.
