2.6 DIALLING FROM THE PHONE BOOK

Saved names and numbers are listed alphabetically in the phone book.
1. Press in standby mode: Phonebook will be displayed.
2. Use to navigate to the desired entry.
3. Press to call.
Please note: To save yourself entering new telephone numbers into
the phone book, you can have them sent to you via SMS. See section 2.8.
Please note: alphabetical search, see section 4.3.3.
Please note: you may store your 5 most important numbers at the
beginning of your phone book list, independent of the alphabetical
ordering, see section 4.3.4.

2.7 BATTERY INDICATOR AND SIGNAL STRENGTH

In standby mode the battery status is displayed on
the upper left of the screen. When the battery charge
drops below 25 % (4 bars indicate 100 %), and the
warning flashes, charge the battery with the charger
cable. (see section 1.4)
In standby mode you will see the signal strength displayed on the upper
right of the screen. If it drops below 25 % (4 bars indicate 100 %), reception
and sound quality will be impaired. Try to find a location with better signal
strength.
