    FIRST STEPS 1.1 INSERTING THE SIM CARD You need a SIM card to make phone calls. You can get this from your network operator. Please insert this card as follows: Remove the battery cover. Insert the SIM card with the golden contacts facing down and the missing corner at the bottom left.
