Terminal display

Nortel IP Phone 1210 display has three distinct areas:
The upper area shows line and feature key status.
The middle area shows single-line information for items such as caller
number, caller name, feature prompt strings, user-entered digits, date
and time information, and telephone information.
When a hard key value is all digits, the display shows a maximum of
seven digits and not ten.
The lower area displays labels for the configurable softkeys. For more

The following figure identifies each section of the display, and shows the
location of the user-defined feature keys and the soft keys.
