JP38, JP39, JP44, JP45, JP49, JP50
These solder jumpers connect the MCUs PWM outputs to the on-board gate
driver ICs (IC2, IC3, IC4).

RTO0 is connected to the PWM1H gate driver input.
RTO0 is not connected to the on-board gate drivers.
RTO1 is connected to the PWM1L gate driver input.
