When checked (x), causes Mode Detect process to test the incoming signal
every second.
When checked (x), causes Mode Detect to display a message telling which
type of sync is currently being tested for.
When Mode Detect is Auto Enabled, it compares the incoming signal to what it
holds in memory. When these two differ by a significant amount for more than
the number of seconds shown in Noise Tolerance, Mode Detect reloads the
memory with the new values. Range: 0 15 seconds
