Busy ICM Callback When you call another extension and get a busy signal, do not hang up. • Press the FEATURE key and dial 4+3. • Press the [ICM CALLBACK] key (if assigned). Hang up after you hear a confirmation tone. When the busy extension becomes available, the system will call you back. -
