When the screen to enter the account name or password appears

If the message "Input Account Name and Password to login and press Ac-
cess key." appears, account track settings have been specified on this ma-
chine.
If account track settings have been applied, this machine can only be used
by users who enter their account name and password. When the following
screen appears, type in the account name and password.
For an account name and password, contact the machine's administrator.
If "Account Track Input Method" in Administrator mode was set to "Pass-
word Only", log on is possible by only entering the password. For details, re-
fer to the User's Guide [Copy Operations].

Touch [Account Name].
– The screen that appears differs depending on the Administrator
mode settings that have been specified.

Using the keyboard that appeared or the keypad in the control panel,
type in the account name, and then touch [OK].
– Touch [Symbol] or [Shift] to change the characters that are dis-
played.
– To change a character in the entered text, touch [←] and [→] to
move the cursor to the character to be changed, touch [Delete], and
then type in the desired letter or number.
