To join contacts
From your Home screen, tap

2 Touch and hold the contact you want to edit, then tap Edit contact.
3 Press and tap Join. From the list of suggestions, select the contact whose
information you want to join with the first contact. Or tap Show all contacts and
select from your full list of contacts.
Tap Done.

To separate joined contacts
1 From your Home screen, tap
2 Touch and hold the joined contact you want to edit, then tap Edit contact.
3 Press , then tap Separate.
4 Tap OK.

Communicating with your contacts

To search for a contact
1 From your Home screen, tap
2 Press and enter the first few letters of the contact name. All contacts beginning
with these letters appear.
3 Tap to select the desired contact.
To call a contact
1 From your Home screen, tap
2 Tap the contact.
3 Tap the desired phone number for the contact.
To send a text or multimedia message to a contact
From your Home screen, tap

2 Tap the thumbnail picture to the left of the contact you want to send the message
to.
3 Tap and select a phone number if more than one choice appears.
4 Edit the message and press Send.
You can only send text and multimedia messages to mobile phone numbers.
To send an email message to a contact
From your Home screen, tap

2 Tap the contact.
3 Tap the desired email address for the contact.
4 Edit the message and tap Send.

Favorites

You can mark a contact as a favorite. The Favorites tab gives you quick access to your
marked contacts. In Favorites, you can also find a list of the contacts you communicate
with most frequently.
To mark or unmark a contact as a favorite
1 From your Home screen, tap
2 Tap the contact you want to add to or remove from your favorites.
3 Tap .
To access your favorite contacts
1 From your Home screen, tap
2 Tap the tab.
