Missed Calls – This feature will display a list of all the calls you missed regardless of whether or not they
left a message.
o An icon will appear beside one of the session buttons showing the number of missed calls
o You can press the button to display a list of missed calls
o To call a number on the list simply use the navigation pad to scroll down to the desired number
and lift the handset or press the Speakerphone button to place the call.
User Options Web Page – Accessing this web page allows you to set up your speed dial lists and
personal address book.

These numbers are updated via the User Options Web Page
User Options > Device > Speed Dials
Single line phones will be able to configure three Speed Dial numbers
2 Line phones have 2 SD#s, 3 Line phones have 1 SD#
These numbers will appear on your phone screen directly above the Do Not Disturb
feature button
They are used by simply pressing the feature button on the phone.
These numbers are updated via the User Options Web Page
User Options > Device > Speed Dials
You can have up to 199 different numbers
These are useful for your most frequently called numbers
They are used by dialing the assigned Abbreviated Dial Number on your phone keypad
and then pressing the Speed Dial softkey to dial.
This option can be quite cumbersome to use. We recommend using your CUPC or
Jabber client to look up someone's phone number.
