1 DIRECT DUPLICATION LINK connector

1 DIRECT DUPLICATION LINK connector
Used for daisy chaining multiple MDS-B5 decks for
copying ATRAC compression data at the maximum of
about four times the normal recording rate. You can
copy the same data simultaneously on up to ten MDS-
B5 decks.
2 REMOTE (25P) connector
Connects to external equipment for remote control.

You can choose any of four pin assignments,
depending on the purpose.
