Step 4 (Assemble the cart front beam with cart
assembly)
a) Align the holes on the
pre-drilled holes on cart side panels. Insert one
M6x15 bolt (AA) with one M6 spring washer (DD)
and one M6 flat washer (CC) into each pre-drilled
holes.
b) Go back to tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
Step 6 (Assemble right spare tank stopper with cart
assembly)
a) Align the holes on the right spare tank stopper (H)
with the right side panel of cart assembly.
b) Insert one M4x10 bolt (BB) with one M4 flat washer
(EE) into each pre-drilled holes.
c) Tighten the bolts using the screwdriver provided.

Step 5 (Assemble left tank clip with cart
assembly)
a) Align the holes on the left spare tank clip (G) with
the holes on the bottom and back panel of cart
assembly.
b) Insert one M4x10 bolt (BB) with one M4 flat
washer (EE) into each pre-drilled hole to connect
the tank clip with cart assembly.
c) Go back to tighten all the bolts using the
screwdriver provided.
