Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly.
Once the grill is fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure. Tighten again using
the screwdriver provided if necessary.
Estimated Assembly Time: 35 minutes.
Step 2 (Assemble the cart side panels with cart assembly)
a) Loosen the bolts (pre-installed) on cart bottom panel and allow
bolt's length to extend from the cart assembly.

c) Repeat the procedure for the cart right side panel (D) with the cart

d) Go back to tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver provided.

Step 1 (Assemble the caster and door latch panel with cart
Align the holes on swivel caster (Y) with the holes on the

Insert one M6x15 bolt (AA) with one M6 spring washer (DD)

and one M6 flat washer (CC) into each pre-drilled hole.
Tighten hands by hand until secure.
c) Repeat the procedure for the rigid caster (Z) with the cart
assembly.
d) Align the holes on the cart bottom panel (A) with the holes
on the door latch panel (B) of cart assembly.
Insert one M6x15 Bolt (AA) with one M6 Spring washer

(DD) and one M6 Flat washer (CC) into each pre-drilled
hole.
f) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
