Make sure you are using a charger specifically designed for this
phone.
Check the battery charge level.
Make sure the battery is properly installed.
Press and hold the ON key until the screen comes on.
Please check if the SIM/UIM card is inserted properly ;
Please check if your RUIM card is valid.
