17 Maintenance Guideline

If there is any problem while using your mobile phone, please check according to the following
table otherwise contact the nearest Brava customer service center to you.

The phone does

SIM/UIM card is
Inserted, but
cannot read the
information in the
card.
Make sure that the charger is correctly connected to the phone and
the power socket.
Make sure you are using a charger specifically designed for this
phone.
Check the battery charge level.
Make sure the battery is properly installed.
Press and hold the ON key until the screen comes on.
Please check if the SIM/UIM card is inserted properly ;
Please check if your RUIM card is valid.
