volume is low
The phone signal is
poor or switches
off frequently
Please communicate with the service provider to get the PUK code
and use it to unlock the RUIM.
Make sure you have dialed a valid phone number.
Check if your phone is connected to the network.
Please check if the phone signal is strong enough;
If you are in the building, please move the phone or move near to
the window.
Please check if your mike has been blocked by fittings or other
blocks.
Check if the receiver volume is set to maximum.
Make sure the phone antenna is not damaged.
Check the phone signal strength.
If there is no signal, use your phone in a location where the signal is
strong.
