14 Maintenance Guidelines

If your mobile phone had abnormal conditions, please check it with the following table. If the
problem still remains, please contact the mobile phone service center for help.
Common problems
Can not charge
Can not power on
RUIM card is Inserted, but
cannot read the information in
the RUIM card.
The mobile phone displays
"Input PUK"
The phone Can't make a call
Weak talk quality
The contact cannot hear your
voice when making phone call
Receiver sound is too low
The mobile phone has a weak
receive signal or usually drops in
the phone call
Check item
Please check if the charger is properly connected to the
phone and the power source jack.
Please check if the battery level is too low;
Please check if the batter is properly loaded;
Please press End Key enough time.
Please check if the RUIM card is inserted properly ;
Please check if your RUIM card is valid.
Please communicate with the service provider to get the
PUK code and use it to unlock the RUIM.
Please check if the phone number is valid.
Please check if you are in service area.
Please check if the phone signal is strong enough;
If you are in the building, please move the phone or move
near to the window.
Please check if your mike has been blocked by fittings or
other blocks.
Please check if your receiver volume has been adjusted to
the largest.
Please check if the phone has a strong signal.
If there is no signal, please use it in a strong signal place.
