Please read this instruction manual completely before using this stroller. Keep these instructions for future reference.
• Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury or death.
• Never leave child unattended.
• Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out.
• Always use safety belts and ensure the child is positioned according to these instructions.
• Be certain that the stroller is fully opened, the safety latch is in position and the wheel brakes are on before allowing children near the stroller.
• The front seat is suitable for a child 3 months and older.
• The maximum weight of the child that can be seated in the front seat is 55 lbs.
• The rear stand-on platform and the rear seat if installed are designed for a child that is at least 2 ½ years old but LESS than 44 inches tall and
less than 45 lbs.
• Use of the stroller with 2 children totaling more then 100 lbs. (55 lbs. in the front seat and 45 lbs. on the stand-on rear platform or in the rear
seat, if installed) will cause excessive wear and stress on the stroller and may cause a hazardous, unstable condition.
• Never use this stroller to carry more than 2 children at the same time.
• Never allow child to step on the footrest to get into or out of the stroller.
• Do not use the stroller on stairways or escalators.
• Do not add any attachment not specifically recommended by Joovy.
• Hanging purses, shopping bags, parcels, diaper bags or other accessory items from the handles or any other parts of the stroller may change
the balance of the stroller and cause a hazardous unstable condition.
• The maximum weight that can be carried in the storage basket is 5 lbs. Excessive weight may result in a hazardous unstable condition.
• Never allow your stroller to be used as a toy.
• Discard all packaging materials properly. Do not allow children to play with them.
• Check your stroller for loose rivets, snaps, worn parts, and torn material or stitching on a regular basis.
• Discontinue use of the stroller should it malfunction or become damaged.

1 Unpacking the Product
• Remove everything from the box and identify the parts using Figure 1.1. (not to scale)
A: stroller, B: 2 rear wheels, C: 2 rear wheel mudguards, D: canopy extension (located in a travel bag), E: shopping bag, F: tire pump, and
documents (not shown).
• Discard all packaging materials properly including plastic coverings.
• DO NOT allow children to play with any packaging materials.
2 Installing the Mudguards/Rear Wheels
• Ensure you have identified the correct mudguards for each side. The outside of each mudguard is marked "Left and Right". See Figure 2.1.
• Position the pin on the stroller with the enlarged hole on the slot of the mudguard. See Figure 2.2.
• Slide the mudguard down so that the pin slides up the slot until the large hole on the mudguard aligns with the circular wheel hub on the
stroller. See Figure 2.3.
• With your thumb, press down on the mudguard until it snaps in place over the wheel hub. The mudguard is now attached. See Figure 2.4.
• Install the rear wheel by pressing the red button in the center of the wheel, then sliding the axle into the hole in the wheel hub.
See Figure 2.5.
• Repeat these steps for the other mudguard and wheel.
NOTE: The rear wheels should be inflated to 35 psi. See Section 17 for tire pump use.

3 Unfolding the Stroller

• Keep children away from stroller while unfolding.
• Stand the stroller up on all wheels.
• Lift the lever labelled "Lift to Open" to release the lever from the metal bar. See Figure 3.1.
• Push down hard on the latch labelled "Press" until it fully latches onto the metal bar. A click will be heard to indicate full engagement.
