Phone settings overview
You can customise general phone settings to suit your needs using the [Settings] app. Settings
are grouped into the categories explained below.
To open the [Settings] app, tap [Settings] in the home screen or app list.

Contains settings related to the handset's DECT
features.
Contains wireless network settings.
Contains various base unit features and settings.
Contains Bluetooth wireless technology settings.
Contains settings related to wireless networks, such as
airplane mode and Wi-Fi Direct.
Contains settings related to night mode, ringer volume,
and ringtones.
Contains settings such as brightness and screen
timeout.
Allows you to confirm the available space in your
phone.
Allows you to confirm and manage battery performance.
Allows you to manage and remove the apps installed
on your phone.
Allows you to add and remove new accounts, as well
as manage how your phone synchronises to servers to
keep its data up-to-date.
Contains settings related to how your phone uses
location information.
Contains settings that control security-related features
such as screen lock.
Contains settings related to display language, input
language, the keyboard, speech, and the user
dictionary.
Contains data backup and deletion related settings that
help you manage and back up your personal
information to Google servers. You can also reset your
phone and its information using settings found here.
Contains settings that determine your phone's date,
time, time zone, and time format.
Allows you to set the handset to turn on and off and
scheduled times.
Contains settings that can make the phone easier to
interact with.
