7. Put a no. 2 paper filter into the holder or use the
permanent stainless steel filter provided and add
the required amount of medium to finely ground
coffee (measuring spoon is included).
Adjust the amont of coffee to your personal taste.
8. Swivel the filter holder towards the right in the di
rection indicated by the arrow and make sure that
it snaps into place.
9. Screw the lid on tight and place the thermal carafe
under the filter holder. The coffee flows directly into
the thermal carafe.
Tip: If the carafe is rinsed out with hot water before
the coffee is brewed, the coffee will remain warm for
a longer period.
