To connect the cradle:
1. Turn off your computer and plug the cable from the Palm IIIe
organizer cradle into the serial (COM) port on your computer.
Note: Your Palm IIIe organizer requires a dedicated port. It cannot
share a port with an internal modem or other device. If you are
unsure about the exact location of the serial port on your
computer, refer to the manual supplied with the computer.
