Franklin Planner desktop software comes in two "flavors" — Franklin

Franklin Planner Software for Windows is a standalone desktop
computer application that is included with your Franklin Planner
Edition of the Palm IIIe. Franklin Planner Software for Windows
replicates and adds to the features of the paper-based Franklin
Planner with a powerful and easy-to-use desktop computer
program that you can use to synchronize with your Palm IIIe.
Franklin Planner for Microsoft Outlook is a series of add-on
applications that take advantage of the calendaring and scheduling
capabilities of Microsoft Outlook 98 and 2000. The Franklin
Planner for Microsoft Outlook is sold separately from the Franklin
Planner Edition of the Palm IIIe.
Whether you choose to use Franklin Planner Software for Windows or
Franklin Planner for Microsoft Outlook, you will be able to take
advantage of the What Matters Most time and life management
system from Franklin Covey. Combining What Matters Most with
your Palm organizer makes it much more than just a system for
keeping track of tasks, appointments, notes, and addresses—your
Palm organizer becomes a tool to help you to proactively set and
