Have only one (1) valve open at a time. Make sure
other valves are closed to prevent accidental
over filling.
4.
After oil has been pumped out of unit being
serviced, place the pump discharge hose into
a container of pre-measured fresh oil and
reverse the pump switch to pump the fresh oil
into the engine. NOTE: Fresh oil should be
at least 60° F (16½ C).
5.
When pumping is complete, shut the pump off
and close the valve leading to the unit being
serviced. Check oil level and adjust if
necessary.
6.
Repeat for each engine, generator or
transmission to be serviced.

ROPELLERS
Propellers should be free of nicks, excessive
pitting and any distortions that alter them from
their original design. Badly damaged propellers
should be replaced, but those that are chipped,
bent or merely knocked out of shape can be
reconditioned by your marine dealer.
