GENERAL TROUBLE SHOOTING

Symptoms
Time display is not
illuminated
The buttons do not perform
normally
Grilling does not perform.
Convection heat does not
perform.

Possible Cause & faults
Power is not supplied to PCB.
The power supplied to LED is not stable
(C07 : DC 4.5~5.5V)
LED is defective
Thermostat is opened
(When the temperature of oven body is
over 120°C, the thermostat is opened.)
The tact switch may be defective
or broken.
The button may be broken or
deformed by stress or heat.
Clock is not set
(The oven cannot be used until the
time of day is set)
Connection of the function switch
may be defective.
The relay (RY1) on the PCB or the grill
heater may be defective.
Clock is not set
(The oven cannot be used until the
time of day is set)
Connection of the function switch
may be defective.
The relay (RY1) on the PCB or the
convection heater may be defective.
Check the power connection
(CN1 : AC 220~240V)
Replace the PCB (EBR30300801)
Replace the PCB (EBR30300801)
If the thermostat is opened, push the
red button on.
Replace the PCB (EBR30300801).
Replace the buttons.
Set the clock
Check all connections of function
switch with connecting label on the
controller assembly.
Check the connection of relay or grill
heater. If not any defection, replace
grill heater or the PCB.
Set the clock
Check all connections of function
switch with connecting label on the
controller assembly.
Check the connection of relay or
convection heater. If not any
defection, replace convection heater
or the PCB.
