  • Page 6 ADJUSTMENTS ADJUSTING T-SLOT GUIDE BAR TO TABLE SLOT Make sure the saw is disconnected from the power source before proceeding! A bonus T-slot guide bar has been included with this Tenoning Jig to offer a more versatile product which fits most table saws on the market.   • Page 7 ADJUSTMENTS 5) Loosen nut (A) fig.15 and turn set screw (B) counterclockwise two or three times. 6) Loosen lock knob (A) Fig.16, and move the jig (C) until the vertical work support plate (D) is against the saw blade and tighten knob (A). FIGURE 15 7) Verify if the vertical work support plate (D) fig.16, is parallel with the saw blade.
  • Page 8 ADJUSTMENTS ADJUSTMENTS 1) For rapid adjustment of the vertical work support plate (A) fig.19, toward or away from the saw blade, loosen knob (B), press down on the quick release (C) and move jig (D) as necessary. Release quick release and tighten knob (B) after rapid adjustment is made. 2) Fine adjustment of the vertical work support plate (A) fig.19, can be accomplished by loosening the knob (B) and rotating the micro knob (E) until the plate (A) is at the desired position.
