Identifying Targets before You Dig with tone The Treasure Commander TC3X provides you with two ways to identify targets before recovering them. The first is the indication on the LCD screen via the eight Metal Category segments. In addition to the visual indication, the audio response will vary based on the type of metal that has been located.
Target Recovery Once you have established the exact location of the target, the next step is to dig a small hole to recover it. In order to preserve the environment and keep from having areas closed to metal detecting, it is essential to make the hole as small as possible and always replace the soil / grass before moving on.
