  • Page 2 Servicemitteilung zu AE 2990 AFS v. 21.2.2011 Problembericht: Bei einigen Geräten der ersten Produktionsserie Dezember 2011 wurde bemängelt, dass die Sendefrequenz in SSB bei starker Modulation einen kurzen Einschwingvorgang vollführt. Dieser äußert sich darin, dass z.B. beim Pfeifen in das Mikrofon der Pfeifton während der ersten 10..20 Millisekunden etwa 100..200 Hz neben der Frequenz liegt.
  • Page 3 Service Note 2990 AFS issued 21. 2. 2011 Problem: Users reported that units from first production lot show more or less a “frequency jitter” effect during strong SSB modulation. The problem occurs as frequency shift of about 100-200 Hz especially if users produce whistle tones into the microphone during the first 10..20 milliseconds of the tone duration.
